Refund & Return Policy

Overview

At Stocks & Variety, customer satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are sourced and fulfilled through Trendsi, all refund and return guidelines must strictly follow Trendsi’s official return policy. This ensures transparency, accuracy, and a consistent experience for all customers.

By purchasing from our store, you agree to the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the following requirements must be met:

7-Day Return Window

You must request a return within 7 days of the delivery date as shown on the shipment tracking. If your order arrives in multiple shipments, the return window begins after the last package is delivered.

Condition of Returned Items

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • Free from stains, odors, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

  • In the original packaging, including the clear garment bag with SKU label attached

  • With all original tags intact

Failure to meet these conditions may result in a 20% restocking fee or refusal of the return.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty & cosmetic items

  • Bodysuits

  • Lingerie & intimates

  • Face masks

  • Swimwear

  • Jewelry

  • Any opened wholesale-pack or bulk-pack items

  • Clearance / final sale items

Return Process

To initiate a return, follow the steps below:

  1. Email us at: info@stocksandvariety.com and provide your order number, item name, and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
    No return will be accepted without an RA number.

  3. You must ship the item back within 7 days after the RA number is issued.

  4. After the returned item is received and inspected at Trendsi’s warehouse, your refund will be processed.

Important:
Returns are only accepted for U.S. customers. We cannot accept returns from international addresses.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

Customer Responsibility

If the return is due to personal preference—such as “did not like,” “changed mind,” or “did not fit”—the customer must cover the return shipping cost.

Seller Responsibility

If the return is due to:

  • Manufacturer defect

  • Wrong item received

  • Damaged item

  • Missing components

Stocks & Variety will cover the return shipping cost and provide appropriate instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once the item arrives at the Trendsi warehouse and passes inspection:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing typically takes 5–7 business days

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or sent in error

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges, as our inventory is fulfilled through our supplier.

If you need a different size, color, or style:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. After your refund is approved and processed, you may place a new order for the correct item.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped by our supplier. If you contact us early and the order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will attempt to cancel it — but cancellation is not guaranteed.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@stocksandvariety.com with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Packaging photos (if applicable)

We will resolve the issue promptly in accordance with Trendsi’s policies.

Final Notes

Stocks & Variety strictly follows Trendsi’s return rules to maintain transparency and accuracy. We cannot accept returns or issue refunds that do not comply with the conditions set by our fulfillment partner.
