Order Processing Time

All orders placed on Stocks & Variety are fulfilled by our trusted supplier, Trendsi. Once your order is placed:

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Shipping times vary depending on item location and destination. Trendsi ships from both U.S. warehouses and international warehouses.

1. U.S. Warehouse Shipping

For items stocked in U.S. warehouses:

  • Delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after processing.

2. International Warehouse Shipping

For items coming from overseas:

  • Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after processing.

  • Some items may arrive sooner depending on the product and availability.

Shipping times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or carrier delays.

Multiple Packages

Your order may arrive in separate shipments depending on product availability across supplier warehouses. This is normal with Trendsi fulfillment.

  • You will receive individual tracking numbers for each package.

  • Your order will be marked as delivered only after the last package arrives.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States.
Shipping to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, and military addresses may be limited depending on carrier restrictions.

International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Item weight

  • Item origin

  • Shipping destination

  • Carrier rates

Some items may qualify for free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Tracking number

  • Carrier information

  • Estimated delivery date

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For U.S. customers, customs duties are typically not required, as most orders are shipped domestically from U.S. warehouses.
If your order ships from an international warehouse, Trendsi takes care of compliance and documentation. No action is required on your part.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Stocks & Variety is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your package is marked delivered but you didn’t receive it:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact the carrier

  3. Email us at info@stocksandvariety.com for assistance

We will help file an inquiry with the shipping carrier and Trendsi.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Contact us immediately at info@stocksandvariety.com if the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or refund the order
    (This follows Trendsi policy)

Delivery Guarantees

Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed. Weather, customs delays, high-volume seasons, and carrier issues may extend delivery times.

Stocks & Variety and Trendsi will always work to ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible.
