At Stocks & Variety, we aim to provide high-quality products sourced from trusted suppliers through our fulfillment partner, Trendsi. Our Warranty Policy ensures that you are protected if an item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

This policy covers issues related to product defects that occur upon delivery and does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse.

2. What Is Covered

The following situations are covered under our warranty:

  • Factory/manufacturing defects

  • Items damaged upon arrival

  • Items missing components

  • Incorrect items received

If your item has any of the above issues, we will provide:

  • A replacement (if available)

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by normal use or wear

  • Damage caused by improper handling

  • Items washed, worn, or altered

  • Minor variations in color due to screen differences

  • Sizing issues (these fall under our return policy, not warranty)

  • Damage after the item has been used

4. Warranty Claim Timeframe

All warranty claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

This timeframe follows the requirements of our supplier, Trendsi.

5. How to File a Warranty Claim

To file a claim, email us at info@stocksandvariety.com with:

  1. Order Number

  2. Item Name / SKU (if shown)

  3. Clear photos or video showing the defect

  4. Photo of packaging (if applicable)

  5. A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the evidence and respond within 24–48 hours.

6. Resolution Options

Depending on product availability, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement item (no cost to you)

  • Full refund

  • Store credit (optional)

If the item is no longer available, a refund will be issued automatically.

7. No-Risk Guarantee

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • We handle everything

  • You will never pay return shipping

  • You will not be asked to ship the damaged item back (unless required in rare cases by Trendsi)
