All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary based on product location:
- U.S. Warehouse Items: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
- International Warehouse Items: Estimated delivery within 7–15 business days.
Your order may arrive in multiple packages depending on inventory availability. Tracking information is provided for every shipment.
Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, following the guidelines provided by our fulfillment partner, Trendsi.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
- Final sale items such as lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, beauty items, jewelry, and face masks are not eligible for return.
- No direct exchanges — customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
