Exchange Policy

Overview

Because our products are sourced and fulfilled through Trendsi, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Trendsi does not support swapping items directly for a different size, color, or style.

However, we provide a clear and simple process for customers who wish to receive a different item.

No Direct Exchanges

Trendsi does not process exchanges.
Therefore:

  • We cannot exchange an item for a different size, color, or variation

  • We cannot replace an item through a direct swap

Instead, customers must follow a Return + Reorder process.

How to Get a Different Size or Color (Return + Reorder Process)

If you would like a different size, color, or style, follow this simple process:

Step 1 — Request a Return

Email us at info@stocksandvariety.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and item details.

We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Step 2 — Ship Back the Item

Return the item in its:

  • Original condition

  • Original packaging (including clear garment bag with SKU label)

  • With all tags attached

Step 3 — Receive Your Refund

Once the returned item reaches the Trendsi warehouse and passes inspection:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing time is 5–7 business days after the return is inspected

Step 4 — Place a New Order

After your refund is issued, simply place a new order for the size or color you prefer.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Because exchanges are not supported, all return shipping rules follow our Refund & Return Policy:

  • If the return is due to personal preference (size issue, color change, changed mind), the customer pays return shipping

  • If the return is due to a seller error (damaged item, wrong item, defective), we cover the return shipping cost

Important Notes

  • Direct exchanges cannot be processed through our website or Trendsi’s system

  • Returns are only accepted for U.S. orders; international returns are not available

  • No exchanges or returns are allowed for final sale items, such as:

    • Lingerie & intimates

    • Bodysuits

    • Jewelry

    • Beauty items

    • Swimwear

    • Face masks

    • Clearance items

  • Refunds will be issued only after Trendsi confirms receipt and inspection of the returned item
