Pre Sale Questions

We ship from multiple warehouse locations managed by our fulfillment partner Trendsi.

Orders may be shipped from U.S. warehouses or international warehouses depending on product availability.

Your order may arrive in multiple separate packages.

U.S. Warehouse Items:
Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing.

International Warehouse Items:
Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after processing.

Shipping times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or carrier delays.

Because items may come from different warehouses, your order may ship in separate packages.

Each package will have its own unique tracking number.

Order processing typically takes 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number, carrier information, and a tracking link.

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Yes, we accept returns under specific conditions.

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Some items are non-returnable, including beauty products, lingerie, bodysuits, jewelry, swimwear, and final-sale items.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return the item for a refund and place a new order for the correct size or style.

If the return is due to personal preference (wrong size, changed mind), the customer pays the return shipping cost.

If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

- Lingerie & intimates
- Swimwear
- Face masks
- Jewelry
- Final sale items
- Opened wholesale/bulk packs

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

International shipping is not available.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will update the address.

If the order has already shipped, we cannot change the address or issue refunds for mis-delivered packages.

Please check with neighbors, household members, or your mailbox area first.

If you still cannot find the package, contact the carrier directly.

Orders can only be canceled before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has begun processing or has shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may wait until delivery and request a return if eligible.

Yes, your payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other PCI-compliant gateways.

We do not store your credit card information.
