Returns & Refunds

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
• Final sale items such as lingerie, swimwear, bodysuits, beauty items, jewelry, and face masks are not eligible for return.
• No direct exchanges — customers may return eligible items and place a new order.
